KENDRIYA VIDAYALAYA DALHOUSIE AT BANIKHET

   MINUTES OF THE 2ND QUARTERLY CMP MEETING

 

  SESSION 2018-19

 

  The 2nd quarterly CMP meeting for the session 2018-19 was held on 3-7-2018 at KV DALHOUSIE. It was presided over by SMT. Deepika Sandhu Principal KV DHARAMSALA Cluster in charge. All the Principal, HM and senior most PRT’s of the cluster were greeted with a flower bud and greeting card by SMT. DURGA CHAUHAN Principal KV DALHOSIE. The meeting started with the lightening of lamp SARASWATI POOJA followed by welcome song and patriotic dance.

Agenda point discussed in the meeting:-
1. Review of the minutes of the previous CMP meeting:-The minutes of the previous CMP Meeting held at KV DHARAMSALA was reviewed. Every school reported about proper accordance of the minutes of the previous meeting (21 APRIL 2018 )
2. Objective of the CMP meeting:-Purpose of the CMP meeting was discussed. Emphasis was laid on the fruitful objective of CMP meeting.
3.Split up of Syllabus of EVS for class 1st and 2nd:- It was displayed by KV DALHOUSIE. It was decided that all KV’s of the cluster will follow this syllabus till they get it from RO Level. (Split up of syllabus attached)
4. Fun day timetable:-Every school displayed fun day timetable of their respective schools. It was suggested that fun day should be organized with a constructive and fruitful purpose.
5. Effective use of Back to Basic books:-It was suggested that Back to Basic books should be utilized properly. Every teacher should plan their lesson according to these books supplied by KVS RO GURUGRAM. One copy of every subject should be kept in primary resource room. Books will not be issued to teachers.
6. Celebration of BAL DIWAS:-It was decided that KV DALHOUSIE, KV CHAMERA 1, KV CHAMERA 2, KV BAKLOH will celebrate BAL DIWAS together at one school. Rest of the schools will celebrate it at one school. The activities of the BAL DIWAS will be celebrated according to the RO level list.
7.Celebration of special days:- Special days should be celebrated in a true spirit. There should be variety of programs like one act play, quiz, drama, song, speech etc. Mere speeches are not sufficient for the celebration of special days. (List attached)
8.Cluster level publication of News letter:- All the Vidyalayas will send their newsletter material to KV BHNALA for compilation of newsletter at cluster level at earliest. After cluster level compilation all the vidyalayas will upload on their own school website.
9.Progress of SBSB:- It was suggested that exercise should be done properly under the supervision of the teacher, So that these exercise should be useful.
10. Venue of the next CMP meeting:- It was decided that next CMP meeting will be conducted at KV Palampur by 21st to 30th September.

11. Other suggestion:-

 

(A) Film show: - It was decided that film show should be according to the level of the students, the film should be of Children Film Society. The record of the film show should be maintained properly effective.
(B) Co-operation among cluster Vidyalayas: - All the Vidyalayas should send all the required information in time to the cluster in-charge for further compilation for the regional office report.
(C) Preparation of LAT papers:- KV DALHOUSIE and KV BAKLOH had already exchanged their LAT papers(being winter station) rest of all the school(summers station) will send their papers to KV DHARAMSALA by 5th of every month for compilation. LAT will be conducted by 30th of every month.
(D) MLL:- All the Vidyalayas will send the prepared content of MLL allotted to them to the cluster in-charge by 15th July. As it was decided in the previous meeting.
